After the procedure
Patients are usually mobile straight after surgery. Nursing and physiotherapy assessment will ensure safe discharge around 24-48 hours. Medications will be prescribed to reduce the risk of blood clots and help with the pain.
We recommend regular exercises for the next 6 months to get the maximum benefits following your knee replacement.
